Long time ago (years ;-)) I listed with Chinasearch that I was searching this special plate - and suddenly three weeks ago I got a mail that they had some in stock - I went on the homepage, bought it - and one week ago it arrived and it's in mint condition :-) That for sure is worth 5 stars :-) Thank you :-)
Needed 3 types of crockery for a set that probably went out of production in the 80s/90s. 1 type was in stock. They did searches for me and got another within a week or 2. Those have been sent to me and are in really good condition. They are still looking for the 3rd and I’m sure when the trace it I’ll get it.
Service was excellent as always. Arrived well packaged. After washing the cup in cold water, then luke warm then mild, then normal washing up water, the cup then went into service, day three, the cup was actually by the chair, & one heard this crack. Then when lifting the cup for sip the saucer was filling up. Now on the look out for a replacement breakfast cup.
Delighted that Chinasearch was able to source a teapot from Portugal as our daughter-in-law had set her heart on it after having tea served in it in an up-market restaurant in Portugal. Chinasearch warned us that delivery would be slow, but it nevertheless arrived when they predicted it would.
Yes I was very happy with the service I received was very good. However in my opinion the UK Civi Street go too far on these customer feed backs. You cannot ask a customer if he had excellent service as this means that it was without even the slightest fault. In my opinion, the next star should read Very Good but that seems to have been fazed out.
