Searched the internet looking for replacement Denby White China Rice bowls purchased a few years ago. Found these bowls on Chinasearch website, they were described as "The Denby White Rice/Small Bowl is crafted from porcelain. Ideal for smaller desserts and breakfasts. Part of the White collection by Denby". What arrived was a thick grey bowl with Dendy stamped on the underneath and I suspect made in the Far East, disappointing!

Royal Worcester, but made in China.

Chip on edge of dish. Very disappointed.

Product was as described on web, delivered as promised and well packed so there was no chance of breakage. Only problem was Parcel Force who don't appear to know what they are doing. Not Chinasearch"s fault.

There is no problem with the service and the packaging and delivery was excellent. However the mason breakfast cup was very much paler blue in colour to my existing set. So I was very disappointed as the price I paid should have been a much better match. It does show up now when I use the whole set. The price I paid was not in line with the product.

You did not give the size so I bought the wrong one, and had t buy the right one elsewhere, at a much cheaper price.

Not the plate I was expecting. Glaze colour totally wrong. It is a dark olive green rather than the deep grey I wanted and that was pictured on the web site. Very disappointed.

Very disapointed when the two pint teapot we received was only one and half pint!

The saucer has a crack in it. The crack is not large, and it is at the rim. I thought that I was to receive an undamaged item. I've tried to photo the crack , without success. As the saucer is on a display shelf it's not noticeable to other persons.Thought of sending it back, but really could not be bothered with the hassle. Used you before - always been good. The crack is not easy to spot. Disappointed!

The plates are wonderful. Very good packaging. Unfortunately, the company works with the worst delivery. The delivery man did not come to my address at all, I understood from the tracking number that my package was left in some post office. First, I had to find out by myself exactly which post office the package was left in, then I had to carry a large and heavy box by myself over a long distance. I don't know why I paid for delivery, when I had to carry the box by myself walking the streets.

The plates which we had at home are the dinner plates but the new ones we received were smaller in size - very disappointing especially for the money that we paid!!

I was very disappointed that the one of the tea cups was a second. The second one was not perfect either.

You supplied the wrong item. It was very disappointing and I would not have chosen the bowl you delivered but decided to keep it rather than go to the trouble of packing it up and sending it back

Prev orders have been v successful. Bowls in this order good. Tray -very disappointing.....the trim for grip was damaged +repaired. Edge of tray still useable but looks as if it has been prev broken +been re-sealed. Not declared pre purchase. Delivery box huge, packed with padding-2 recycling bags full-excessive.

The shipping and delivery was fine. Unfortunately the plate which was delivered had 2 major quality imperfections, it was the 3rd grade product. There is no possibility the packer did not see these faults when preparing the shipment. The shipping cost is much higher than the cost of the product, so I did not send it back.

Delivery of goods

Speedy delivery and very well packaged. Luckily I had bought this pepper pot because I only needed a replacement stopper for an otherwise immaculate pepper pot that I have in the same set. If I had wanted the actual pepper pot I would have been very unhappy with both the pot and the 'good' rating that it came with. The outside of the pepper pot was okay - some light wear and tear but the inside of the pepper pot had not been checked and had clearly been stored outside for a very long time. After I had removed about 3-4 cms of dirt, bark, leaves and left to soak, the pot remained filthy internally (dirt was ground into chips) and would not have been safe or fit to use. Fortunately for me the pepper pot stopper eventually cleaned up okay but the actual pepper pot was not fit for sale!

I had to wait over six weeks for my replacement. During this time I had to contact chinasearch to query .I felt they should have been

China cups came, though they looked identical to originals set we have but they were significantly lighter in weight than originals and clearly imitations of original Johnson’s castles set cups which was disappointing.
