I seriously chipped one of my eternal bow soup/cereal bowls and went on line to find a replacement. Chinasearch had plenty in stock and although they were more expensive than when I first purchased them, they were cheaper than most alternative suppliers. The items I ordered were delivered earlier than expected and everything was really well packaged, even the less fragile item. I will definitely use this firm again if I require any more replacement items.

The service itself was speedy and excellent, the only very slight issue was that I had ordered a "Churchill Blue Willow" saucer but the saucer actually delivered was not stamped as such; however, as far as I am concerned it looks identical to the Churchill Blue Willow china I have had for some years so was happy to accept it.

Product in excellent condition. Love this company they are brilliant to deal with Would highly recommend.

The articles were very good, the reponse when you contact Chinasearch as well. The waiting time is quite long to receive your articles, but that is ok. .

Prompt delivery of well packed item which was exactly as described and a good replacement. Not especially cheap but an easy way to safely complete again a regularly used set of crockery.

Very pleased with the service but find it very difficult to know the correct set, there are so many Glen Mist which one is a match to yours ?

It arrived smashed. I contacted Chinasearch and was given a partial refund. The plate I had also ordered was in good shape.
