They have continued looking for pieces of out-of-production crockery that I needed and then let me know when they have them in stock. I have used this company on several occasions and will continue to do so.

Item was very well packaged and delivered intact.

Good items received as requested originally and ordered, even if it took quite a while (some years) for Chinasearch to find them

Waited long time to find my discontinued dinner plates. Having now found them on China Search I purchased the good ones which appear to be v v slight seconds but you’d only notice if you ran your hand over surface. So very happy. Well packaged, my only quibble would be could they use more eco protective packing ie too much plastic bubble wrap.

Parcelforce have lost my parcel, I have a tracking reference but can’t get my parcel. PLEASE DONT USE ****** PARCELFORCE!!

After many years of my request being with Chinasearch, success in 1 item (a gravy boat) I had been seeking. Good communication between me and your agent. All sorted to my satisfaction, gravy boat arrived. However, it did not sit very well in the tray I have, so I got in touch again and have now purchased the tray as well. Again item arrived and I'm very pleased. Thank you.

Great service. I was thrilled the item had been tracked down. One item was more worn than the others but will make a good enough spare.

The recent service was excellent, quick well packed . In the previous service one saucer was unfortunately dropped while being packed. This was a few years ago. The contact from the company checking up whether we still want to be on the search list is repeated at about the right intervals

Service has always been efficient, packaged well. My recent order of 2 Denby Twilight cereal/soup bowls had differences in the glazing however, which was a little disappointing. However on the whole no complaints.
