If you live nearby or are passing through the area you can always call in to collect your order, but please check our shop opening times and stock availability before travelling.

Brexit - Orders from the European Union
Due to issues with our delivery partner's customs clearance processes, we have temporarily stopped taking orders from the European Union.

Deliveries in the UK - Deliveries may take longer than normal.
Royal Mail and Parcel Force are continuing to deliver parcels while following Public Health England guidance to keep their staff and you safe. All drivers have instructed drivers to place parcels on the ground and step away from the door, whilst waiting for the recipient.
On orders over £35 which are delivered by Parcel Force, if you provide a mobile number you will receive an SMS text with the option to leave the parcel in a safe place.
International Deliveries - Deliveries may take longer than normal.

How We Pack Our China
Here at Chinasearch, we love china and want our customers to enjoy opening what they buy from us, whether that’s a replacement item from a discontinued pattern or a new piece of tableware from a current one. We take great care over how we pack our china so that our customers receive their beautiful purchases in one piece.
We’ve spent 25 years perfecting the fine art of packing china and have found newspaper to be the best packing material by a long way – it is readily available, a very effective shock absorber and easy to dispose of in a way that’s kind to the environment.
For smaller orders, we use retention packaging, which is a cardboard box with a sheet of plastic to secure the items in transit and help reduce damage. This approach uses much less packaging, making the box lighter, and is just as recyclable as cardboard on its own.
Both options are tried and tested for transporting china to our customers in one piece and help us to minimise our impact on the environment.

If you have changed your mind and want to return any items then please contact us by email or phone, within 14 days. Our Customer Service Team will let you know the returns address, then please repack your items and return them to us in a saleable condition. We recommend you obtain proof of posting or use a tracked courier service for larger orders. If it helps we can arrange mainland UK Parcelforce collections at a cost of £8.95 per parcel. Once the items have been received and checked, your refund will be processed within 3 days.
