Excellent deal... but terrible delivery experience
Thank you for finding the part I had been searching for a long time, which arrived in perfect condition.
As usual I should say as it is my third order in a year.
However, I was very disappointed with the delivery by your partner GLS Roquemaure.
There were several postponements for false reasons (address not found, missing phone number even though we had provided it...).
It was so frustrating that I'm afraid I won’t be ordering again as long as you work with this new partner (with a bad reputation in France).

Mugs fine and well paked. and I was able to track delivery. However the delvery people left the box on the doorstop without kocking (we were in all day) so it coild easily have been stolen. The photo on the tracking system was not of our door, it showed a glass door and ours is solid wood. So not happy with the deivery.

OK but have had request for china ongoing for a long time but no update. I understand everything is dependent on availability so I have to keep on hoping.

Dispatch error was corrected very easily
My order was delivered reasonably quickly but it was not my order! The staff I spoke to were very helpful and explained how to return the items to chinasearch. The correct order was dispatched a few days later and I’m very happy with it.

Plate more worn than description led us to believe
They described the condition of the plate as good. But when it arrived, it was very crazed. I decided to keep it even so, but was disappointed. We have had better service in the past.

Black spot at the bottom of the milk jar
There is a clearly distinguishable black spot (a grain of sand?) at the bottom of the milk jar. This should have been mentioned in the description.

Disappointing
The item received was dirty but after an email and phone call I received an apology.
I know the items are used but the least I expected was it to be well washed and perfectly clean, especially as it was an item for food serving.

Midwinter spanish garden plates
It is nice to be able to get replacements for Midwinter Spanish garden, which is my every day china. I have had it for 57 years, and am now too old to start afresh with something new. I would say that the plates I got, the time before last, were of middling cost, and did not last, as I put them in the microwave to heat them up and they split. The latest I paid the full price. Also modern plates tend to be heavier, which I do not like, and these ones are lighter.
Thank you for your feedback. I am glad we have been able to help you with the Spanish Garden. We would advise that it best to have food on the plate when using them in a microwave otherwise with no moisture they are liable to crack.

Once you found the style of jug I wanted to replace in plain white, everything went well. The original pattern was oranges which was bought in 1970 and has not been available new for years, though we once picked up a load second hand about 20 years ago.
If you ever are offered pieces of Thomas Medallion Oranges, please let me know as I might be interested.

Is the lid a mismatch?
Everything to do with the delivery went very well. I'm not convinced that the lid is correct for the item because if you don't hold it when pouring it will fall off. The retaining lip under the lid is too small to hold the lid on.

An idea to perfect your service
A suggestion for you based on comment from the recipient of the bowl I asked you to send her.
She didn’t know who had sent the gift.
May I suggest you have a ticket you stick on the outside of the package with words to the effect “this item was ordered by…” followed by the name of the purchaser.
She is very pleased with it and it arrived quickly. I had told her she had a gift coming from me but was keeping detail as a surprise.
Maybe you could also offer gift wrap inside the outer layer at a charge of course,

I was so glad to get the four teacups but have hoped for years for other key pieces from the Lancaster production. They were beautifully packed. But I am still hoping after several years for side plates and cereal bowls but they never seem to appear. I think there is still quite a lot of Lancaster in circulation unlike Gloucester, the best of all, for which I have only found pieces in the United States. I will never understand why the manufacturer stopped production of this elegant and single-coloured (so a much simpler procedure) design.

Good service but may receive a “second” of which unaware on ordering
Good ordering and delivery service. Received the items I ordered. Bu the entree dish is very clearly a second made of very thick ‘clay’ and does not match the three remaining one I have after the fourth was broken. Disappointed
