Great to get message you had more stock available - prompted us to purchase more. When parcel arrived it was very well packaged and with material we could recycle so all good. Very quick and Efficient

I had almost forgotten that I had put a request in to replace a plate lost many years ago. My dinner service is over 20 years old and I was not sure that I would ever find the one plate I was missing. Eventually I did receive an email to say that they had my plate and I was extremely pleased when it arrived in absolutely perfect condition. I now have a complete dinner service again and I am thrilled. Thank you Chinasearch.

Great. It’s been a long time finding the eggcup wanted but I received emails to check I was still wanting them. The communication,packaging and special requests were all dealt with efficiently and empathetically!
