Prompt and efficient service. Beautifully wrapped items

So Happy , Had needed a sugar Bowl to match my set that’s not made now . None was available when I was looking but about a year later been contacted they had one . Excellent service

They had the item in stock, where other companies were waiting for supply, and sent it in very good time.

After many years of my request being with Chinasearch, success in 1 item (a gravy boat) I had been seeking. Good communication between me and your agent. All sorted to my satisfaction, gravy boat arrived. However, it did not sit very well in the tray I have, so I got in touch again and have now purchased the tray as well. Again item arrived and I'm very pleased. Thank you.

China search after a couple of years managed to find a gravy boat to replace the one from my best dinner service that has a broken handle. Very helpful customer service ; gravy boat was well packed and arrived promptly . So pleased to now have this item. A happy customer!

Put myself on the list to replace breakages for a discontinued dinner service and was surprised to receive an alert after giving up hope. Ordering was straightforward and the items were packaged very well.

I gave information about the item of china I wanted. I didn't have to wait too long when they informed me they had found my item. I requested delivery, I recieved the item promptly. It was very well packaged (no plastic) which I was pleased about. The item was in very good condition and I am very pleased with it.
