Thank you for finding the part I had been searching for a long time, which arrived in perfect condition. As usual I should say as it is my third order in a year. However, I was very disappointed with the delivery by your partner GLS Roquemaure. There were several postponements for false reasons (address not found, missing phone number even though we had provided it...). It was so frustrating that I'm afraid I won’t be ordering again as long as you work with this new partner (with a bad reputation in France).

Friendly helpful prompt delivery

I have been a Chinasearch customer for some years, mainly for replacement or additional items for our 'best' china dinner and tea sets, but recently purchased a new Denby dinner set in their sale for everyday use to replace our very old china. In all cases their customer service has been excellent. Whether it's for a single replacement item or additional items that are out of stock and a search is needed, there is always regular communication and prompt delivery. I have also found that their sale items are very competitively priced compared with larger well-known stores.

Prompt delivery and well packaged

I managed to break a teacup in a set which we had for more than 20 years. Ordered a replacement which came well packaged and it matched our existing set perfectly.

At my request, Chinasearch found a set of mugs which are no longer produced. It took some time but when the items became available I was simply notified and invited to buy them if I wished. The price was sensible, so I went ahead. The mugs arrived in perfect condition, very thoroughly wrapped. I was delighted with the service.

All the items arrived unscathed and are in good condition. Only down side is they are not made in England, such is life....
