Prompt and polite service. I was given correct information, the items were packed carefully, and shipped promptly.

The recent service was excellent, quick well packed . In the previous service one saucer was unfortunately dropped while being packed. This was a few years ago. The contact from the company checking up whether we still want to be on the search list is repeated at about the right intervals

I’ve been looking to replace a favourite broken mug. Delighted that china search were able to locate a Ditsy Mug. I treated myself to the mug and teapot. Very pleased with my purchase. All beautifully packaged. I recommend this company.

I have bought several items recently so I will tell you about them all generally. They were in a variety of patterns for different members of the family. Everything was perfect. Everything was difficult to get anywhwere else. In one case I had requested a "search for me" and I very soon received a phone call to say that there was new stock. Everything was perfectly packaged and delivered in good time. I love this company, and look forward to my next purchase.

Very clear catalogue on website. They only send me relevant mailings. Living nearby I can collect my purchases from their clean and tidy warehouse with its friendly staff. I am happy to keep replacing all the china I break from here.
