Very well packed: fast and efficient service.

Service impeccable. My error, bought two chunky mugs instead of two fine china mugs.

As ever, fast and efficient

They described the condition of the plate as good. But when it arrived, it was very crazed. I decided to keep it even so, but was disappointed. We have had better service in the past.

Excellent service. I had been looking for these plates for ages and was delighted to be notified that Chinasearch had found some and had them in stock. Delivery was very prompt and the plates were very well-packed with recycled paper in a string cardboard box. I have used Chinasearch on previous occasions and have always found the service excellent. Highly recommend!

I requested a tea cup quite some time ago and had forgotten about it. To my surprise a lady telephoned me to say they had found a match for me. I was absolutely delighted as it seemed that I would be unlucky. Obviously China search are very diligent. I had been looking for a good quality tureen to complete my dinner service for quite some time (as they seem to be in short supply, no doubt due to historical breakages, etc!), so was delighted to finally receive a phone call from Chinasearch to alert me that they had found one. It arrived in a very short time, wonderfully packaged to keep it safe. I shall now look forward to using it.
