Vista Alegre are known for their collaborations with both well established and up and coming designers. Created by architect Chicô Gouvêa, who has long explored in his work the colours, symbols and images of the exuberant culture of where he was born in Rio de Janeiro.
With a great knowledge of his country and attention to detail make up the rich palette of sensations, Chicô’s pieces, many of which were created under the "Olhar o Brasil by Chicô" project, always display enormous vitality and joy.
Olhar o Brasil is full of life and colour, each motif is carefully designed. Combining some of the colourful birds of Brazil the Yellow Bellied Macaw, Toucan, Red Macaw, Parrot and Guaruba are featured with geometric prints in bold colours such as green, blue, red and yellow showcasing images of the exuberant culture.
