Spode Blue Italian

First launched in 1816, Blue Italian by Spode has now celebrated its 200-year anniversary. This beautiful blue and white collection is now considered an iconic English design. The stunning Blue Italian collection features a finely detailed 18th-century Imari Oriental border encompassing a scene inspired by the Italian countryside. As a pattern with a long history, many pieces are no longer produced, but a small range is still available, and many of the dinnerware items are still produced in Stoke-on-Trent. Crafted from high-quality earthenware or porcelain, Blue Italian tableware is dishwasher, freezer, and microwave safe. Pieces marked as oven safe can be heated in an oven up to 170°C (340°F/Gas Mark 3), provided the dishes are not empty. The cookware can withstand oven temperatures up to 200°C (400°F/Gas Mark 6).
