Mel explained ParcelForce only have a set time for delivery routes as we kept being out when a delivery was made. Once we knew what was going on we rearranged our morning routine and the delivery was successful on the third attempt! The glasses we ordered are really well made and look stunning. Very pleased with our purchase.
