Excellent and kind service!

I bought six cups and saucers, as well as six plates from the Botanic Garden series. They were quickly delivered from England to Sweden. The crockery was well packed, but one of the cups was, nevertheless, damaged. I took a picture and wrote to their customer service. Imagine my surprise when I received a friendly and understanding reply the very next day. They would send six new cups and saucers (even though only one cup was damaged) and I didn't have to send the others back. Now the new cups have arrived, and I am completely blown away by their excellent service!
