The plate I ordered arrived safely. It was beautifully packed and arrived in excellent condition. I am very pleased with the plate - and extremely impressed with the service given. I had discovered my broken plate on 23rd December. I put in an order for a replacement immediately even though, being in the middle of the Christmas holidays, I wasn’t expecting to receive the replacement until the new year. It arrived on 30th December. Very impressive! Speedy, efficient and reliable service.
