Price good. If you want genuine article, don’t buy.

The ordering was straight forward price good and delivery time satisfactory, but I was disappointed that the items appeared NOT to be genuine Portmerion, but were made in Bangladesh. The colour of the china was different, though the actual pattern looked okay. Nowhere did it say they were ‘seconds’, though they appeared to be, and the price would reflect that.

Thank you for your feedback. These are first quality items direct from Portmeirion. There can be slight colour differences if a pattern has been made over a long period of time. This pattern was introduced in 2013.
