Replacement crockery search comes up trumps!

I requested a search for some crockery several.months ago. Three weeks ago they rang me to say that they had found most of what I was looking for, so I ordered it, and it arrived safely in the middle of masses of cushioning. And they put the balance of my search onto a new search. Very good service.
