EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered a 'very good' Portmeirion Dusk bowl but it had a small scratch so I emailed them with a photo. They were sorry that this hadn't been noticed and posted a replacement straight away, saying to keep the other one. I was very impressed and happy with their customer service. I have bought several of my Portmeirion pieces from them and will continue to do so.
