Very helpful indeed

I was contacted to advise some cups had been located I'd requested. As I was due to go on holiday they agreed to send a week later when I was back home. On opening the parcel I realised the cups were alot smaller than expected and not suitable. I called to advise they weren't what I really wanted but my fault for not checking the sizes quoted. Collection and a full refund were arranged immediately. The customer service was excellent and thank you for being so accommodating.
