Wonderful company to deal with

The experience from start to finish was pleasant, easy and professional. Kaye kept me updated at every stage and the parcel arrived very speedily. There was no way the crockery could be damaged en route due to the amount of packaging (old and new newsprint which is completely recyclable). The plates and dishes were exactly as described - obviously used but not damaged at all. My sister was delighted with her gift and will probably be using Chinasearch to add to her collection.
