My order was handled efficiently and the box arrived as stated. As this is the first time I have used China Search, I was a little anxious about how my requested china would arrive undamaged - but I had absolutely no reason to worry! I was amazed at the really thorough packaging, so everything arrived safe and in one piece. I thoroughly recommend China Search and will use them again without any worries.

Denby Arabesque Dinner Plate
Excellent and match my existing china beautifully.
Denby Arabesque Salad/Dessert Plate
I accept that I ordered 'fair' condition china replacements, but two of the three plates are badly discolored, with dripped/ incorrectly formed decorations and incorrect or badly faded colouring. They look like practice pieces for factory workers learning to paint and should not really be sold - even as 'fair' condition. Sadly they don't come anywhere close to my existing plates, so will be used a 'cake' plates or similar, not for serving meals etc.

Denby Arabesque Soup / Cereal Bowl
Unfortunately, I ordered the larger bowls - not realizing that there are two sizes, so they don't match my existing china; but that's my fault. Other than that, they are perfect and give me another option when serving etc.
