Chinasearch took a long while to find my order but when they did, my plates were perfect and completed my set! I am very happy with my purchase. I am still 2 plates short of the 12 plates that I need and have requested they find them for me. When I asked them where they source the products from, Jane Kennan provided a prompt and very helpful answer which helped me to understand how the process works and why it can sometimes take so long to procure the items. Thank you Chinasearch for a great service! I can bear the rather high prices in return for great products which I would not be able to source from the high street as the Bone China Howarth range has been discontinued for a while now.
