Superb service

I was able to buy plates to match my existing almost 40 year old dinner service. Not only that, the pieces are quality and wear graded at 3 levels, so I managed to get plates in virtually perfect condition to match my treasured set. The lady on the phone was incredibly helpful and knowledgable. The plates arrived about a week later in perfect condition due to being really well packed. I'm so pleased I found this company.
