Amazing Service! Definitely recommend

Very impressed with the service. I was kept updated until my item was found and notified when available. Great communication and shipping to Canada was quick and packed well to protect item. We had purchased an 8 piece set of Denby back in early 2000 when we lived in the UK and so happy I found a replacement for a broken mug.
