A happy experience

I was looking for one each of a particular design of cup and saucer. The lady I spoke to (Mel) was helpful and clearly told me it may be an impossible request or take a very long time to find - if indeed it were possible. It did take a little while but I was stunned and delighted to come home one day to a voicemail message on my phone (landline). I rang her back and was able to buy the cup and saucer. She sent these (very well packed) and they were delivered to me in perfect condition the following day by Fedex. I was delighted!
