Very good, but room for improvement on eta

Got the goods undamaged on time. Only complaint, delivery time was basically all day an approx time or even Am or Pm so one can do errands etc. Or being able to contact the driver for an eta. Mutually beneficial I would have thought? Customer isn't tied to the delivery address all day and seller doesn't have hassle of failed delivery
