I ordered two Marks and Spencer plates two Denby plates were sent in error but before I could even contact China search the error had been spotted I was informed two new plates would be despatched to me immediately and I did not have to return the the two I received in error, these were passed to a friend who is a big fan of Denby but can’t always afford the product So, happy all round many thanks BRILLIANT SERVICE
