Exceptional after-sales service

After I posted a previous review that included the fact that I'd mis-ordered saucers to go with the cups I wanted, I was contacted personally by phone to explore how things could be put right. Not only does it show that reviews are read and acted upon, but the quality of the help and advice that I then received (including being sent photographs of the correct items) was also excellent. I now have the right saucers; that's exceptional care and after-sales service!
