Excellent service

The plate was in perfect condition and just what we needed to replace a breakage.

We have an extensive Denby Greystones collection but I had not known of the existence of this particular jug until I saw it on their website. I thought it would be a useful addition. I was shown the jug with its matching saucer before purchase and was happy to buy. It was in perfect condition. I already had three of the same large saucers for other items but you do get slight colour variation with this range and the saucer matched the jug perfectly.

The 9 inch rimmed bowls in Wedgwood Mirabelle seem quite rare compared to the 8 inch size, so I was pleased to find them and they had been reduced to half their previous selling price. They were in perfect condition. I had intended to buy them as soup dishes but on being shown them, saw that they were too shallow. The lady explained that they were intended as dessert plates for which they are perfect so I bought the four they had. The only reason for deducting one star is that, even at the reduced price, they were still expensive compared to eBay where I have been able to buy eight more in perfect condition. However, I do like the fact that you can see the items beforehand and receive advice if you visit in person. If you can't, they do allow returns.
