Very happy with the service

Very straight-forward to deal with and they kept me informed of progress. The fragile china plate was sensibly and perfectly packed and therefore arrived in excellent, undamaged condition. I was delighted they were able to supply me with a replacement plate, which because it is not the current size, I thought would be difficult to obtain.
