Chinasearch Is Its Own Wonderful Rarity!

A flawlessly and fantastically operated company. The team are professional with great communication and transparency. I have purchased 50-60 pieces from Chinasearch so far and have had an incredible experience, with the team contacting to ensure that the pieces received are exactly what would have been anticipated. For example, I was called to update that two teacups from the same SKU had a slight difference and was permitted to exchange to another style, if I’d like, and contacted again on another order to share that one style’s soup plate would not comfortably fit the soup coupé. The team are not obliged to contact at all, after all, that’s what I ordered, so I really appreciated their transparency and care. All orders have been received extremely well-packaged and protected, as well as sustainable/recyclable packing materials being used. I have liaised with Kaye, Jane and Mel from Chinasearch and couldn’t recommend them more and are truly wonderful representatives.
