Great service, not quite what we thought we'd ordered

Your service was excellent, as was previously the case when we ordered from you. The items turned out not to be quite what we were hoping for because the cups and saucers do not match. The cups are exactly the ones we wanted, and we spent quite some time pondering which of the saucers would match them. In the end, because their names corresponded so well, we assumed the ones we opted for would match. In practice, however, the saucers are for cups with a much wider base. Fortunately, we have a set of coffee cups with saucers for which these new four are a perfect match, so we shall keep them for possible breakages. We will try again shortly to order the correct saucers from you, but meanwhile, it might be worth your considering whether there is a way that you can indicate on your website which cups are designed to go with which saucers (obviously, there may be cases where more than one option would work, but, in theory, this could still be marked and the buyer then make a choice knowing that whichever they choose will match).
