They made everything very clear & sent my order right away after a final clarification. The box was expertly packed and arrived 5 days early. Also the items were of higher quality than listed.
Meakin Hedgerow Breakfast / Lunch Plate
Fedex dented the box badly in transit. It must have been dropped as the bottom plates were damaged. I only noticed after the driver left. This was not Chinasearch's fault.
Meakin Hedgerow Soup / Cereal Bowl
The bowls were fine, but the plates are very hard to find. I don't know whom to ask about replacements. Do they insure their parcels?
