Prompt delivery, very well packaged, they use Royal Mail which I could track and be sure of delivery. I have experience various problems with other delivery services. Kept up to date where purchase was. Couldn’t find my replacement dishes anywhere else except USA. Delighted with product and very happy to have a complete dinner set again.
