Both excellent and poor

Dealing with Chinasearch is like a curate's egg, both excellent and disappointing. The Excellent - ordering online was very easy, good communication after order and goods received beautifully packed and in perfect condition - extremely satisfied with this and this is definitely 5 star rating The Disappointing - I have been looking for a replacement cereal bowl for over a year as they are very rare on the site. I have filled in the search form on at least 2 occasions. When this stock came in there was no response to the search requests and I only found the item as I did a random check after receiving a general email from them. If Chinasearch are offering a "locate and advise" service on their website then it should do what it says and not leave it to the customer to keep checking in. This aspect rates 0 stars
