Item was found, I was contacted and it was delivered safely within 2 days.

I contacted China Search a long time ago, can’t remember when, and assumed as I hadn’t had any further contact with the company that was the end. It was a complete surprise to receive a phone call stating the item I was searching for was available. Mel Floyd was my contact and after talking about the item I was happy to make a purchase. My only criticism is not having some contact with the company to confirm my name was still current on a search list.
