Item was in excellent condition, very securely packaged as usual and arrived promptly. This a great service to save people replacing their entire crockery set or dinner service - I recommend it. You can even register to ask them to search for specific items for you (this is how I got the oval dish I have just purchased). Much more environmentally friendly than throwing stuff out!
