Great service

I logged a request some time ago for fish plate sized plates. The term 'fish plate' doesn't seem to be used any more so I measured one and just called it a 9 inch plate. Also I had wanted to say that ANY blue and white pattern would do, as I have a harlequin service with a lot of spode as well, in different patterns, but the search request form requires one to be quite specific, so I just asked for willow pattern which I thought would probably be easiest. The plates arrived shortly after I took up the offer, ingeniously packaged and with no customs payment to be made, which is an added hassle now in Ireland, buying from UK, in many cases. Will definately recommend the service and use it again.
