Received a flawed "second"

What I received was a defective one-off dinner plate. It was clearly a "second". :-(

This dinner plate was clearly a second and had strange raised bumps on the design. I will keep it as a back-up, but am extremely disappointed to be charged full price for an INFERIOR plate!!!
