Easy website to order goods and order was acknowledged quickly. When the plates arrived a few days alter they were extremely well wrapped up in bubble wrap and paper in a large cardboard box. The goods were as expected and in perfect condition. I have asked them to search for another large plate for me so fingers crossed they come up trumps.
