Brilliant response to a problem

All items ordered arrived, very well packed, unfortunately 2 plates were damaged. In response a replacement was shipped immediately, and a refund granted for the second which was not available. I have ordered several replacement items over recent years and have been very happy, this was the first time there was any breakage. Judge a company how they respond to a problem - this one is brilliant.
