Great site,service but customs charges for France

The site is good the ordering system is easy, arrived in good condition, however i was under the impression that i had paid all the postage and when the postman came i had to pay an extra 12 EUROS, IF I HAD KNOWN THIS I PROBABLY WOULDNT HAVE ORDERED! AND THATS THE PROBLEM WITH BREXIT as i live in France
