I find searching the internet difficult especially when it is for something I know nothing about but you had a phone no so I rang, not very hopefully I admit, but I got a person - an actual person not a robot and a pleasant, polite, patient, extremely efficient person at that. Mel sorted it all out for me, confirmed all the details and arranged delivery which all happened exactly when it was supposed to do so. Thank you very much for all your help Mel - you rescued what could have been a very embarrassing situation, ie breaking my neighbours china bowls.
