Excellent Service

Excellent service. Jane was very helpful over the phone and luckily had the replacement plate I needed. Very well packaged, arrived in one piece. I'm now on their search list in case any more pieces come up. Easy to pay over the phone too. Doesn't mean I won't keep my eyes open for any extras for my set but it's nice to know someone else is looking for me too as they are so hard to come by now.
