Royal Worcester Evesham - Gold Edge Roaster
This dish replaced one I used a lot but had broken. It is a good size for us, & is deep enough for dishes such as lasagne as well as roasting small joints. The china cooks well, wears very well & if food is burned on I leave the dish to soak overnight. Sometimes it just needs a quick rinse in the morning, sometimes I put it into the dishwasher. It comes out pristine. I love it. I’ve got my eyes on the larger one now!
