Service Review

I have ordered sevral Villeroy and Boch plates and sauces and almost 1 month later have still not been delivered. I am very furstrated about the situation and have spent quite a lot of money. I have written an e-mail and am waiting for some explanation. I hope I will either be delivered soon or reimbursed of the full amount and expenses.
