Good morning, I was absolutely delighted with this service. Personal service over the telephone was incredibly helpful and friendly. Packaging was safe, secure and incredible care taken. Delivery service from the company - outstanding. I placed my order just a week before Christmas and received my order 3 days later, the exact date of advised delivery. My china arrived in the condition that I was advised of - very good to excellent. I was able to use my china on the day I wanted to before Christmas, when entertaining for friends. I was also very impressed with the returns policy should I have required this. I didn't Simply delighted with Chinasearch. Yes I would absolutely use this company again, with recommendation to anyone who was searching to add to or buy a set of china or an individual item second hand.
