Brilliant service as always from Chinasearch! I had broken a cup from a much loved tea service and asked them to let me know if they could find a replacement. They kept me informed by email whilst I waited, asking if I still wanted them to search. I was delighted a few months later to receive an email from Chinasearch saying they had found a replacement. I went ahead and purchased the cup and it was worth the wait. The cup arrived promptly, was well packed, and it was in first class condition. I have used Chinasearch before and they really are an excellent company to deal with - I can thoroughly recommend them.
