I have used Chinasearch before and have always had the best service. The lady on the phone (I think her name was Kay) was extremely helpful and polite, making sure the bowl I required was the correct design and edge colour. The bowl took a little time to arrive but no doubt there was a shortage on the market. If I ever get another broken piece I will always use Chinasearch first.
