Struggling to replace a broken plate. Chinasearch ordered a match for it.

One broken plate and I was struggling to replace it even on the Villeroy site. Chinasearch to the rescue! They could order one and it would be delivered in approx. 4 weeks. It was less than that. Yeah! Well packed, so arrived in one piece. The whole process was simple to do. Thank you.
